Returns Policy

 At Car Culture Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help make the return or exchange process as easy as possible.


1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:


1.1 Initiate Your Return: If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach out to us through our Contact Us page, and our friendly team will guide you through the return process. You can also request a return directly through our Returns Page if you meet all the conditions outlined in this Returns Policy.

1.2 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and invoice.

1.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

1.4 Refund or Exchange: Depending on your preference and item availability, we offer refunds or exchanges. If you opt for a refund, the original purchase price, less any shipping costs, will be credited to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and you will receive your replacement item as soon as possible.

1.5 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If items are returned in visibly used or damaged condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. If you return a product that was purchased with one of our Free Shipping offers, the amount refunded will be minus the actual shipping cost that we waived during the promotional sale.


2. EXCHANGES



2.1 We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If we can not replace the items we will issue a refund.

2.2 Unfortunately, exchanges do not cover changes of mind or damage resulting from incorrect washing or incorrect use.

2.3 We can not exchange clothing if you have ordered the wrong size.


3. EXCEPTIONS


3.1 We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns from customers whose countries are not EU members due to customs-related issues.

3.2 Customers from EU member countries can return all items within 14 business days of receiving the order, with the exception of clothing, including head wear. These items are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
