SHIPPING RELATED QUESTIONS

Most items, except clothing, can be shipped within 2-3 business days. Clothing items may require a few additional days for processing. The actual delivery time, once the courier collects your order, depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. For more specific delivery time frames, please refer to our Shipping page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If, for any reason, your tracking number is not functioning as expected, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Customs policies vary from one country to another. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cover any applicable customs fees.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to accommodate your changes. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any modifications.

For tailor-made items, changes can be made within the first 24 hours of placing the order, as these items enter production after this period, and change requests cannot be accepted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or entered production.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or faulty item. If you've recently received your new order and it's damaged, please provide us with the following details:

  • Clear photos that clearly show the issue

We'll gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or refund the original product price and any associated delivery charges in the event of damage.

It is possible to change your order within 24 hours of completion. By changes, we mean switching to a different color or design within the same price category.
The t-shirts in this category are products that are customized within a few days after receiving the order. They are specifically printed for each customer. We have provided our customers with the option to cancel their order from their customer profile within 24 hours, in case they have made a mistake or changed their mind. After this deadline, the order will be processed. Please be aware that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or entered production.
We personally inspect all t-shirts before sending them to customers. This includes checking for fabric or stitching defects, as well as the prints themselves. However, if you notice any defects upon receiving the t-shirt, please contact us and send us photos. We will strive to find a solution that is in your best interest, such as a replacement or partial refund. Please note that damages resulting from improper use are not covered by the warranty.

At this time, we do not offer custom work. However, if you have a design ready for printing in .pdf format, we may be able to print it on one of our t-shirts. Please contact us for more information.
The short answer is NO. These items are crafted specifically for you and for this reason they can not be returned. Our page is rich in information regarding materials, prints, sizes, and other important characteristics, so that every customer can make an informed decision when making a purchase. Our team is also here to assist you and provide consultation. Additionally, you have 24 hours to cancel your order without providing an explanation. Please respect the NON RETURN policy for the T-shirts.
For this product series, we use our own premium quality t-shirts brand, which are produced in-house and are in line with the latest standards and trends.

Customers from the EU and USA are not liable for any additional fees. All other customers may be subject to taxes imposed by local tax authorities upon customs processing of goods. Goods for which payment of due taxes has been refused will be destroyed by the courier company, and the paid amount for the goods themselves cannot be refunded to the buyer.
