1. DELIVERY SERVICES
1.1 We ship all products from our production facility located in Bulgaria, European Union.
1.2 We offer the following shipping services:
- DHL Express Worldwide - 10 kg max limit : This is the fastest and most secure airway delivery service for worldwide shipments. It includes signed delivery to your address with a minimal risk of lost or stolen packages. DHL will also assist with customs clearance.
- DHL Economy Select - no max weight limit - this is a budget service offered by DHL for the EU member countries. It is a bit slower, but offers all the security and the options of the express service. It is suitable for heavy packages.
- A1 Post - 10 kg max limit: This is a postal service with full tracking. A1 Post does not deliver worldwide but is an excellent and budget-friendly delivery service for continental Europe, Canada, and the USA.
1.3 Our system will automatically calculate the best shipping rate for your location. If you don't see a specific service listed, it means the courier does not operate in your country.
1.4 Please ensure that all delivery information, including zip code, address, name, and phone number, is accurate. Missing or incorrect information can lead to delays in the delivery process.
2. IMPORT TAX
2.1 For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, customers are responsible for paying any import taxes or sales taxes imposed by the final destination country. These charges are based on the actual item value as per the invoice and are not included in the quoted shipping charge.
2.2 If a customer refuses to cover Duties or Taxes related to their items, Car Culture Co. cannot be held liable for package loss or loss of goods. Many countries may opt to destroy unclaimed packages, resulting in a total loss for the customer. To avoid this, please familiarize yourself with all potential charges before placing your order.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
